Instead of setting up a new newsgroup/mailing list, why don't we use th.pubnet.unix/th.pubnet.pc ? Currently the th hierachy newsgroups are already available on many news servers inside Thailand. Users abroad can also access TH newsgroups at the following servers :-
- thaigate.rd.nacsis.ac.jp, port 119, NACSIS [SINET], Japan, *OPEN*
- list.ias.unu.edu, port 119, UNU/IAS [WIDE], Japan *OPEN*
