Documentation

Convert number of characters to number of bytes. Given a number of characters in a given string, this function determines the number of bytes.

Returns:: The number of bytes
Parameters:: charSetID - Specifies the charset ID of the text
text - Specifies the text
charLen - Specifies the number of characters
