Mozilla Thunderbird 0.2 has been released. Based on Mozilla 1.5 Beta, Thunderbird 0.2 features a redesigned Options dialogue, spell checker improvements, enhancements to the default theme and better performance and stability.

The Thunderbird Roadmap has been updated with information about future development plans. A 0.3 milestone will be released from the Mozilla 1.5 branch, with trunk changes appearing in Thunderbird 0.4. Release candidate users who find any major problems with these builds should file appropriate bugs in Bugzilla, setting the blocking1.4.1 flag to ?.

Mozilla 1.5

The trunk is currently open (but check tinderbox for the latest status). Checkins to the 1.5 branch require approval from drivers@mozilla.org.

Staff Meeting Minutes

Minutes from the mozilla.org staff meeting of Tuesday 2nd September and Monday 8th September are now available.

Independent Status Reports
