Test Case Description for using modern theme (visual inspection)

Purpose

Visually inspect menu bar, floating component bars, and all the tool bars.

Description

  1. From the view menu bar, select "Apply Theme" menu item.
  2. Check to see if Classic and Modern themes appear.

Expected Results

The following menu bar should appear:
