Remaining uncertainties about the mappings. These
glyphs with '?' are left out.
Some stretchy chars are tuned in the property file:
l/r floor, l/r ceil, and l/r moustache using the parts of lbrace and rbrace
The srqt glyphs need special (i.e., hard-coded) treatment.
Up to a certain size, the sqrt glyphs have a matching bar. It is not clear if
there are implicit assumptions similar to TeX w.r.t. the extensible parts of higher sizes.
