Returns the byte index of the previous character
Documentation
Returns the byte index of the previous character. Given the position of any byte of any character in some text, this function returns the position of the 1st byte of the previous character. The difference between this function and INTL_PrevCharIdxInText is that this function will accept the position of any byte of a character rather than just the 1st byte of a character.
