noResize
Gets/sets whether the user can resize the current frame.
Syntax
bool = frameElement.noResize
frameElement.noResize = bool

Parameters
bool is a boolean value indicating whether the current frame is resizable or not.

f = document.getElementById("main-frame");
if ( user_level == "barney" ) {
f.noResize = true;
}
